After the fermentation, the wine ages in French oak barrels for 18 months. Once bottled, it rests in the bottle for another six months. Its colour is intense ruby red with orange nuances. It perfumes of ripened blueberries, black cherry, black pepper, vanilla, butter, tamarind and tobacco leaves. Pair with wild boar, game, stews and mature cheese.
Serve at 18°C.
Alcohol level: 14% vol
The harvest takes place in the optimal period of the year to enhance the organoleptic contribution that distinguishes this wine.

Ho avuto il piacere di conoscere questo vino durante una degustazione, ne sono rimasta colpita per il carattere deciso che lascia però al palato un gusto piacevole e fresco. ”Theorema” è eccellente , lo trovo un rosso elegante ed equilibrato , da gustare e godersi durante un pasto in compagnia. Ho portato ”Theorema”ad una cena, ed ha attirato l’attenzione di palati istruiti al vino più del mio. Per quanto si possa dire di un vino, lo trovo coinvolgente e non passa inosservato .
