Cooking class

At Fattoria Carmignani you can have a complete tasting experience:

1. learn with our chef to cook a typical Tuscan menu;
2. enjoy it in our farm;
3. taste 7 of our wines;
4. taste various types of bread and olive oil;
5. relax on a walk in the vineyards of our farm.

Price: € 130 per person

The dishes you will prepare are:

• Bruschetta with tomato
• Crostino with sausage and stracchino
• Gnocchi with Pesto
• Tortello Lucchese
• Omelette with vegetables
• Sweet tiramisu

For the cooking class you will be provided with all the ingredients and tools necessary to make the dishes on the menu.
